As a contract consultant at Intellicient, I led multiple enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives across global clients, including BP Americas and Aztec Facilities.

For the Data Consolidation & Talent Acquisition Data Dashboard Reporting project with BP Americas, I managed the full product development lifecycle—from stakeholder analysis and requirements management to proof-of-concept design, prototyping, deployment, and user training. Partnering closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, I developed and documented user personas to ensure alignment between analytics deliverables and business needs, while also designing communication and readiness strategies to support data consolidation and visualization adoption.

For the BI Maturity Assessment & Roadmap Development engagement with Aztec Facilities, I conducted readiness assessments and developed user personas to promote user adoption and cultural alignment toward data-driven decision-making. Working directly with the C-suite, I created and executed a comprehensive communication plan to facilitate change management and managed the end-to-end development lifecycle of the organization’s data visualization products.

In the Global HR Recruitment Analytics & Reporting initiative with BP Americas, I performed stakeholder and requirements analyses with recruiters, managers, and global directors to define a BI roadmap that advanced analytics maturity from current to future state. I also developed targeted planning, communication, and training programs for HR recruitment teams across the U.S. and U.K., ensuring consistent understanding and utilization of analytics at all organizational levels.
